4) Incorporate green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet:
Green leafy diet is most hated among “teenage kids”. As they lack the taste and texture that are pleasing for eyes while we eat.Nevertheless one must remember “healthy eating is rewarding while it lacks taste”. The problem that one comes across with teenager is that lack of patience. These kids look for instant results with minimum effort.Losing weight that too in a short period of time is demanding. Health needs to be taken care of weight will be affected automatically. A good diet to follows encompassing of fruits and vegetables will certainly lead to shedding of excess fat.Fruits are loved by all of us. Now while losing weight is concerned there are certain fruits that ought to be avoided as they have high fat gaining content in them and certain that ought to eaten.Those that must be included are apple, papaya, pomegranate and pineapple.
5) Involve yourself in sports or yoga:
